Apply for account deletion
We understand that you may wish to delete your account. To keep your account safe, please take a moment to read the following instructions and important information before proceeding:
1. Back up your data:
Before deleting your account, please be sure to back up any important data or information related to your account. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
2. Unsubscribe:
If you have any active subscriptions tied to your account, please cancel them before initiating the account deletion process. Deleting your account may not automatically cancel any ongoing subscriptions.
3. Consider your decision:
Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all account-related information, settings and history within the app. This includes purchase history, saved preferences, and anything you create or upload.
4. Check the privacy settings:
Before initiating the account deletion process, please review your privacy settings and make sure you understand how your data is used and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. To unlink third-party accounts:
If you have linked your account with a third-party service (such as a social media account), please make sure to unlink it before starting to delete your account. This will prevent any accidental access or data sharing.

Description of Account Deletion Process
To initiate the account deletion process, please contact the customer support team email: messengerhubteam@gmail.com and send an account deletion request email, and your request will usually be processed within 48 hours. If you have questions about the impact of deleting your account or if you have any other legal or privacy requests, please be sure to include them in your email.
