Thank you for using our products and services. When you use our technologies, you agree to certain terms, which can be found in this section.

The following License and Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms" or the "Agreement") for the Messenger Pro Team (hereinafter as the "Company" "Messages", "our", "we" or "us") is a legal contract between you, an individual subscriber(you, your), and Messenger Pro Team regarding your use of Messages.(the "Service").

By installing or using the Software in any manner, including, but not limited to, viewing or posting Content to the Services or clicking on the links provided by the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with (do not accept) this Agreement, or you do not agree at least with one of the provisions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to, and you may not access, download, install or use the App and you must promptly discontinue downloading, installing the App and remove (delete) the App from any mobile device in your possession or under your control.

I.Accept

Please read carefully the statements, warranties, conditions, contracts and agreements set forth in this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") as they contain the legal terms governing your use of Messenger Pro Team ("Company" "Messages", "our", "we" or "us" telecommunications services are referred to as "services" and applications (as defined below). This Agreement is a binding contract between you ("you", "your" or "user") and Messenger Pro Team, which explains Your rights and obligations when using the App and Services. In this Agreement, "Application" means a software application distributed by Messenger Pro Team for your device (as defined below) to access the Service, and any future version, Improvement, development, programming fixes, updates and upgrades; and "devices" means mobile phones, smartphones, mobile phones, tablets.

Messenger Pro Team reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing the revised Agreement on the Messenger Pro Team website. The revised Agreement shall become effective within thirty (30) days of such publication, unless You expressly accept the revised Agreement earlier by clicking on the accept button (if this option is made available). Your express acceptance or Your continued use of the Services after expiry of the notice period of thirty (30) days, shall constitute Your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised Agreement.

IV.Use of the Service

We are always developing new technologies and features in an effort to improve our services. In order to achieve continuous improvement, we sometimes add or remove certain features, increase or decrease the limitations of services, introduce new services, or stop providing old services.

We will provide you with reasonable advance notice if we make material changes that negatively impact your experience with the Service, or if we will cease to provide the Service, except in emergencies (e.g. to combat abuse, respond to legal requirements, or to address security and operational concerns).

The Messenger Pro Team Privacy Policy describes how the app collects, uses, discloses, transmits, stores and protects data related to your use of the products, services, and websites, and the choices you can make. Our main goal of collecting information is to provide and improve our products and services. Before accessing or using our services, please make sure that you have read and understood our privacy policy.

V. Your statement and guarantee

By submitting, transmitting, providing or distributing your content through the Service, you grant us global, royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable and non-exclusive rights and licenses for use, sublicense, reproduction, modification, adaptation, publication, translation.

VI.Restrictions of Use

1.Use, or export the Software in violation of applicable U.S. laws or regulations.

2.Use the Software in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;

3.Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover source code or the underlying services or applications. Or algorithm;

4.Modify, translate or create derivative works based on the Service or Application;

5.lease, lease, distribute, license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Applications, Or provide services or applications to third parties without exceeding the limits of this Agreement;

6.Use the Services or Applications for time-sharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of third parties;

All copyrights in the text, images, photos, graphics, user interfaces and other content provided in the application, as well as the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content, are owned by Messenger Pro Team or its applicable third party licensors. The product name, company name, trade name, logo and design rights of a Messenger Pro Team or third party product or service that form part of a service or application, whether appearing in large font or trademark symbol, are for Messenger Pro Team only or Their respective owners are protected from copying, imitating, diluting or confusing or misleading use of national and international trademark and copyright laws (if applicable). Except as permitted by this Agreement, the use or misuse of these trademarks or any materials is expressly prohibited, and nothing express or implied by this Agreement will grant you any license or right under any patent, copyright or trademark of Messenger Pro Team or any third party.

VIII.Warranty Disclaimer

Your access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Company Entities make no warranty and disclaim all responsibility and liability for:

1)To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and Applications are provided "as is" without warranty or condition. Messenger Pro Team makes no warranties, representations, conditions or representations of the Services, including but not limited to APP, whether Express or implied, including but not limited to quality, performance, non-infringement warranties or conditions, for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Messenger Pro Team further does not represent or warrant that the Service or Application is always available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete and error-free or will operate without packet loss, nor will it guarantee any connection or transmission from Internet, or any quality communication conducted through the service.

2) Data and Access Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility, including deletion, failure to store, error sending, or failure to provide any information or materials, including but not limited to any of your content. We are not responsible for any harm caused by downloading or accessing any content through the service or application. By using a service or application, you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Service for technical processing and information transfer may involve the transmission of various networks and changes to accommodate and adapt to the technical requirements of the connected network or device. Messenger Pro Team is and should not be held responsible or liable for: (A) incorrect or inaccurate information transcription; (B) human error or typographical error; (c) interruption, deletion, omission of any telephone network or electronic transmission, defect or Line failure; (D) problems with your device or any other computer device, software, inaccessible applications or services; or (E) other technical or non-technical errors or malfunctions. Reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove any Content posted by you through the Services and to suspend or terminate your account without liability to you.

3) (a) You acknowledge and agree that: (I) the Service cannot send communications or other electronic requests to unreachable devices (IE exceeds cellular coverage, power is turned off, etc.); (II) Services are not the only means of receiving critical information. . (b) In any case, Messenger Pro Team's channel partners (including but not limited to distributors or sales agents) or any airline service provider (collectively "APP Providers") use the APP or the seller or you Performance assumes responsibility or non-APP performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the APP Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of Section 39(b).

4)Services and applications are provided to you free of charge. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Messenger Pro Team, its suppliers, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or application providers shall not be liable for any use of the Services or any resulting liability thereof. The only right or remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the service or application is to immediately uninstall and stop using the app and services.

IX.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, it should not be marked under any circumstances, and its suppliers, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or application providers are responsible, whether contractual , guarantee, infringement (including negligence), product liability or any other form of liability for:

(a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss or damage, interruption, computer malfunction or economic loss) resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or the APP; (b) any income, loss of business or profits (whether directly or indirectly) resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or APP; (c) any loss or damage that may result from: (I) any interruption or delay in any communication while using the Service; (II) for any reason, you may suspend or terminate this Agreement by Messenger Pro Team; or (III) ) Release or decide not to release a new version of the app to you.

X.Service availability and our right to terminate

We may, without prior notice, change the Service; stop providing the Service or uses of the Service, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agree, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement. You are responsible for all the mobile data usage resulting from the use of Service. Consult your mobile operator concerning your plan, data rate charges and limits. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Company shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

XI. Charges

If you elect to use functions of the Service that have charges or subscriptions (“Subscription Features”) you agree to the pricing and payment terms and that we may update them from time to time. any may add new features for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

When you download the App, you’ll have access its major functions for the free trial period. After the free trial period expires, we will offer you to purchase an auto-renewing subscription on a regular basis.

Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. XII. Third party websites and resources

The App may link you to other sites on the Internet and contracted third parties to provide you certain services. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content of any website or mobile application to which a link from the App exists (unless we are the provider of those linked websites or mobile applications). Such linked websites and mobile applications are provided “as is” for your convenience only with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them.

You acknowledge that you must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App. You are solely responsible for and bear all risks arising from your use of any third-party websites or resources.

If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about such third party websites or mobile applications (including, but not limited to, queries, concerns or complaints relating to products, orders for products, faulty products and refunds) you must direct them to the operator of that third party website or mobile application.

Term. The term of this Agreement ("Term") will begin and you may begin to use the App and Services once you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement will remain in effect.

We recommend that you carefully check the updated content every time; when you continue to use our products or services, we shall always assume that you agree to the terms and conditions that are effective at the most present time.
